Notice of Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Mount Royal United Church Community of Faith will take place on Feb. 2nd (storm date Feb. 9th).  Coffee and Tea will be provided and you are asked to bring your own brown bag lunch. Please come and hear about the important life and work of our Community of Faith.

The purpose of the meeting will be to approve the reports in the Annual Report as prepared by Committee Chairs, present and approve the report of the Nominations Committee with names of members of Church Council for the upcoming year and to approve the financial statement for the year 2019 and approve the budget for 2020.

Normally the Notice of Meeting would have been read in church on January 19, 2020; however, the service was cancelled due to weather conditions.
