Message for Sunday March 22nd, 2020 from Rev. Scott Stuart

Friends as we continue to travel this Lenten road, I know it isn't the road that any of us thought we would be travelling. When I suggested at the beginning of Lent that we imagine ourselves into the Lenten narrative I had no idea this is where we would be but as we move week by week closer to Jerusalem, and closer to Good Friday know that beyond the cross there is hope, beyond the cross is life and beyond the cross is love. As we experience the world around us and cases of this virus grow know that we do not continue on this journey alone; the God of love is with us and we will experience the new life of Easter, life will return to normal and as we wait (some of us alone in our homes) and know that you are not alone because there is nothing that can ever separate us from the love of God. If you are feeling isolated, please give a call. If you have something in particular to discuss or would just like someone to talk with don't hesitate, I am here, there are many members of this community who are offering pastoral care and together we will all experience the promise of Easter. - Rev. Scott

Through the use of technology, here is a shortened Sunday service. We hope you find comfort in the message and the prayers.
