Mid-Week Meditation

My Faith Family,

As we all continue to feel the anxiety and stress in our society and our lives I have opted to offer mid-week meditations. They are a time for us to disconnection from that circling anxiety connecting with the calm within us and the God around us.

Before playing the video find yourselves a quiet place and a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Focus on your breathing and the relaxation of your muscles throughout this exercise. Should a thought come into your mind allow that thought to be, acknowledge it for what it is and then allow it to pass from your mind.

I look forward to the time that we can gather as we are used too but until then may the Peace of Christ reign in your hearts this day.
