Pentecost – Embracing the Mystery Today, Sunday May 31st, we will be celebrating communion together. The service recording will be distributed at 10:30 am so we may all watch together at the same time. Message from our Minister Hello everyone and welcome to worship on Pentecost which is the one Sunday in the church year that we celebrate the gifting of the Holy Spirit to the church. It is a time of reflection and encouragement to listen for God's voice in the great mystery that is our faith. Mystery is something that our modern society does not work well with. We like to measure and quantify, rationalize and explain everything that surrounds us but today our text is inviting you to sit with the mystery of God, alive in our lives, leading us forward by grace. I hope this week finds you all well and may the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with and remain with each and every one of you this and everyday. Rev. Scott Stuart |
