Today our mindfulness meditation takes on a different tone as we explore loving-kindness. This is a focus that has been used in meditation for centuries. At its core a loving-kindness meditation is designed to first generate a feeling of loving-kindness towards yourself and then turn those feeling of loving-kindness out and into our world. However, we begin as we normally do.....
