Welcome to our forty second edition of the Mount Royal United Church Video E-Newsletter. You will find the video at the bottom of this message.

If you have any news items or information you think we should be including in an upcoming e-newsletter, please send your suggestion to newsletters@mountroyaluc.ca we will do our very best to put it on for you.

A quick reminder that our Sunday Service is live streamed from the sanctuary beginning at 10:30 AM and can also be watched later on the church website. The Prelude will begin at 10:15 AM with music and the announcement slides before the service begins with Rev. Stuart.

The weekly bulletin will be available here.

This video will be produced and sent out weekly on Friday morning with all the important things from our faith community. We plan to keep them short so you have time to drink a cup of tea or coffee while you watch.

Message from the Chair of Council - Susan Fowler

On March 28th, we celebrate Palm Sunday and the beginning of Holy Week. This year we will have a number of services, all available for in person attendance or watching the live stream or the recording posted after the service concludes. If you are registering online please be sure to choose the service you wish to attend. To date we have not had to turn people away so please register for all services you wish to attend.

March 28-Palm Sunday at 10:30 AM, with live prelude music at 10:15 AM
Register: online; by calling Tracy in the office, 855-5771, until Friday March 26th at 2PM or by calling Susan at 855-7008, until Sat. at 6 PM

April 2 - Good Friday at 7:30 PM, with live prelude music at 7:15 PM
Register: online beginning March 30th; by calling Tracy in the office, 855-5771, until Thurs. April 1 at 2PM or by calling Susan at 855-7008, until Thurs. April 1 at 10 PM

April 4- Easter Cantata WHAT WONDEROUS HOPE at 10:30 AM, with live prelude music at 10:15 AM

And here is a community service notice for Moncton Southeast ECO360 Moncton Southeast Eco360 which manages recyclables and waste. It is offering its first reuse expo. You can take any items you wish to give a second life to the Moncton Coliseum, Exhibit Hall C (Door 10), Fri- March 26 from noon till 6PM and Sat March 27 from 9AM -5PM.

Materials accepted include items in good working order that can be reused, like:

Mattresses,
Furniture, Washers & Dryers,
Clothing (Maternity, children, etc.),
Small Household Items,
Renovation Materials and
Toys

Eco360 will also be accepting

Perishable & Non-Perishable food donations
Clean, clear and coloured glass for recycling
Redeemable Beverage Containers

Only reusable items will be accepted at the Reuse Expo- no waste please. There are upcoming Eco Mobile Depots for waste on April 7-8 in Riverview at the Operations Centre, 300 Robertson St and April 28-29 at the Coliseum in Moncton. Please do your part for your community and the environment.
