with Rev. Stuart. This video will be produced and sent out weekly on Friday morning with all the important things from our faith community. Best Regards, Newsletter Committee Message from the Chair of Council - Susan Fowler Thanks for joining us for this week's announcements. We have a special treat for you. You can see Tracy Parrott in her last recording as an employee at Mt Royal as she retired this week. And you'll also get to meet Emily Smith, our new office administrator. There is lots happening at Mt Royal. We are especially pleased to be restarting a program for the children after a very long time. Kid's Korner, a children's time of crafts, games, a lesson and music will happen this Sun and every two weeks until we determine the interest and have a few more volunteers come forward. On the weeks, when there isn't a children's time downstairs there will be pew packs available for the children. They have crayons, colouring sheets and play dough etc., a few fun things to help them pass the time during the service. Here's a plug for a community event that hasn't taken place since 2019. Bookstravaganza, a charity used book sale, with proceeds to Laubach Literacy, New Brunswick, is returning but at a new location. This year's sale will take place at The Moncton Coliseum from Friday, October 14 through Sunday, Oct 16th. There are hundreds of boxes of books, DVDs, CDs and puzzles for all ages. Please plan to attend to support the sale and if you have items to donate, you can drop them off at local Sobey's stores until October 6th. The roof repair fundraising is well underway.
