we will do our very best to put it on for you. A quick reminder that our Sunday Service is live streamed from the sanctuary beginning at 10:30 AM and can also be watched later on the church website. The Prelude will begin at 10:15 AM with music and the announcement slides before the service begins
with Rev. Stuart. This video will be produced and sent out weekly on Friday morning with all the important things from our faith community. Best Regards, Newsletter Committee Message from the Chair of Council - Susan Fowler Thanks for joining Emily and me for this week’s announcements. We’re so lucky that she is willing to pitch in and help in any way. She has had to learn a few new skills since coming to Mt Royal and I, for one, appreciate her enthusiasm. Thanks too to Tracy for answering questions as needed. If you haven’t met Emily, drop in to say hello or introduce yourself by phone. We are happy to announce we held a successful rummage sale and look forward to our first pancake breakfast since the fall of 2019. Our goal is to do it in a very Covid safe way. You can help by inviting your neighbours, family and friends to join us if they are feeling well and are free of Covid symptoms. We know that Covid and the flu are going to be challenging this fall and winter but hope we can be careful and keep everyone safe. Let’s all work hard to keep one another safe and our province open. I talked to someone who told me that at her church masked people sit on one side and unmasked on the other. We haven’t done that yet at Mt Royal but if you like that idea, please let me know. And, if you want to pass along any comments on the Covid protocols we are following at Mt Royal, please communicate directly with me. Have a safe week.
