November 20th, 2020 UPDATE COVID-19
Yesterday, Zone 1, the greater Moncton Area was returned to Phase Orange. However the Provincial Government has changed the parameters.
Under the new regulations;
- Faith venues can operate when they have a COVID-19 operational plan.
- In-person services are limited to 50 participants, or fewer depending upon the size of the facility,
- with two metres of physical distancing
- Continuous mask wearing is required for the congregation (exemptions continue for the presenters when presenting with the minimum distances observed)
After careful consideration we have decided that we will be open for in person worship this Sunday, November 22nd, exercising all our usual COVID precautions.
You must pre register and await confirmation that there is space for you.

At its meeting of September 15, 2020, Council approved reopening to in person attendance of worship, provided all government requirements for meeting Covid 19 protocol can be in place. Volunteers have been working very hard to meet that target for reopening to a limited number of persons who preregister.
In addition, Council agreed that once the necessary signage is installed and minor modifications are made to hand washing stations, small groups could begin to meet again in the social hall. Each user group will have to submit its own operational plan which must be approved on behalf of Council, and a re-entry date provided.
We have put together the guidelines for attending worship, a template for user groups to submit along with their operational plan and a couple of videos which will remind you about proper hand sanitization and mask wearing as well as one that will walk you through what it will look for those returning to in person attendance of worship.
Like every organization, we have made lots of changes in an effort to make staff and volunteers, as well as others returning to our church building feel safe and protected.

There will not be an in-person service on December 27th 2020.
In-person services will resume for January 3rd 2021.
